Both Men's and Women's Badger Rugby came to the Mcclain Center for their first joint practice of the year on Tuesday night. Being able to practice with each other allows Wisconsin Rugby as a whole to better itself and allows players who wouldn't normally train together an opportunity to socialize and work as a team. Tuesday marked the first of two joint practices this as both teams are gearing up for a busy schedule after spring break. The women's team will compete in the Chicago Whiskey 10's tournament on March 16th, while the men's team waits until March 30th for the first round of the Big 10 7's circuit at the University of Illinois. We'll be back together tomorrow at the McClain Center for another joint night training session. Go Badgers!
